  • This tuition level is for individuals for whom the standard tuition rate is a hardship.

We hold it of high importance for all who are deeply called to Powers of Leadership to be able to join. The variable fee structure is essential for making this possible. MEALS
Meals at the Whidbey Institute are provided by Executive Chef Christyn Johnson and her dedicated staff. Thoughtful, creative menus celebrate the bounty of the Institute’s organic gardens and local seasonal produce. A master at attuning her meals to a vast array of dietary preferences and restrictions, Christyn not only welcomes but embraces raw, plant-based, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free diners.

LODGING
Lodging at the Whidbey Institute is mostly in shared rooms in two residential style homes and several woodland cabins. All bathrooms are shared. Room assignments will be emailed out a few days prior to each retreat start date.

HOW CAN WE HELP? 
Use this area to let us know about food allergies and avoidances, accessibility needs, and special accommodation requests. If you snore loudly, plan to lodge with a friend or partner, have a favorite room or building, or need privacy for medical or emotional reasons, please let us know here. We do our best to accommodate as many special requests as possible.

Billing Options

You will have two options as follows: 

(1) Select pay by credit card - You will be charged in full today.

(2) Select pay by check - You'll have the option to pay either in full or in installments.  

If you prefer an altered payment schedule than those shown here, email Marnie, program registrar, to make a payment plan. 

We can accept credit card payments over the phone for those on "pay by check" installment plans.

Important Information

Travel & Room Assignments

Room assignments and instructions on how to find your room will be emailed to you shortly before each retreat. Travel details and more information about accommodations can be found at www.whidbeyinstitute.org/visit.


Cancellation & Refund Policy 

We understand that life challenges emerge and changes happen; we request your help in ensuring that we are operating together in integrity. If you find it necessary to cancel, a full refund will be given if notice is received at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the session. For cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the start date, no refund can be given, barring exceptional emergencies. Please communicate changes as soon as possible to [email protected].


Privacy Policy

When you register for a program with the Whidbey Institute, your information stays with us and with the program facilitators and is neither shared with nor sold to other organizations.

We may share names and contact information with you and other participants in this program to support you in carpooling, connecting, or staying involved with your peers after the event. You may opt out of having your information shared in this way during the registration process.

We only gather information we need in order to support you in having the best possible experience at the Whidbey Institute. When you register for a program with us, your contact information will be added to our secure database and newsletter list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
